How you bathe, breathe, and time your cooling down — searching for your own "best totonoi" while making small adjustments. It is this spirit of exploration that multiplies the charm of saunas. In this tournament, using the "T-Flow Score" measured by the sauna device, how safely and comfortably you experienced totonoi will be scored to compete.
Not your experience or endurance, but your clever adjustments to achieve totonoi well will determine your score. It is a fair and playful competition that anyone can enjoy and anyone can aim to win. And the best part of this tournament is the more you enjoy it, the more your mind and body naturally experience totonoi. Deep sleep, feeling refreshed, improved concentration... Health is not the goal, but a reward that comes with it.

Participation Requirements:
All sauners using Sanokuni and the sauna device
Anyone who uses the Sanokuni app and sauna device can participate!
All participants will receive a special "Stamp"! Top winners will also receive rewards to honor their achievement!

The event period for the Totonoi King Championship is December 1st to 31st for one month!
Pre-entry is available starting Friday, November 21st!

After entry, go to the "Select Totonoi - 1 to participate" in the Basic Info screen, and Totonoi King Championship 2025 check the box and send the data.
Event Rules:
To ensure fairness and so that everyone can enjoy, the event will be held under the following rules.
Eligible Facilities
Only public facilities with saunas registered in Sanokuni are eligible.
*If the facility is unregistered, please register the facility from within the app.
*Please do not participate at facilities where smartwatches are not allowed.
Check-in Required
Check-in at the location is required. (Click here for how to Check-in)
The "T-Flow Score" measured during your stay at the facility will be reflected in the ranking.
One serious challenge per day
You can only challenge once a day, resetting daily at 4:00 AM.
Can challenge as many times as you want during the period
Under the once-a-day rule, you can challenge as many times as you like during the period.
The Totonoi Log with the highest T-Flow Score will be used for the ranking
The highest T-Flow Score among the Totonoi Logs recorded during the period will be automatically registered.
The overall rating of the Totonoi Log is the applied 'T-Flow Score'.

Q. If I complete 3 Sets, will the highest score of the individual Sets be used?
A. It is not based on individual Set scores, but rather the overall score displayed in the Totonoi Log is the target.
Q. Is any model of the sauna device acceptable to use?
A. Yes, both the SHOWDOWN 1 and Gakken models are fine to use.
Q. The sauna I frequently visit is not registered on Sanokuni.
A. If you submit a request via the Sanokuni app, the Facility can be registered!
Q. Can I participate from a private sauna?
A. Yes, as long as it is a Facility operated as a business and registered on Sanokuni! You cannot participate from fully private saunas, such as the one in your home.
