- Band Update: Improved to a band with a better fit (no color changes).
- Heart Rate Measurement Screen Removal: The heart rate measurement screen (the screen between "Sleep" and "Settings" that measures the current heart rate) has been removed.
- Data Full Notification Added: When the data capacity in the watch is full, "full" will now be displayed on the home screen. If this is displayed, you can ensure data acquisition by syncing with the "Sanokuni" app or deleting the data in the watch before measuring.
- Sauna Mode Screen Minor Adjustments: Minor improvements have been implemented.

The "sauna device" for sauna lovers is back and even more powerful as the 2nd generation sauna device, "SHOWDOWN 1"!
The Otona no Kagaku Magazine Special "sauna device" created in collaboration with Gakken has become a huge hit, selling over 20,000 copies!
Designed to withstand the high-temperature environment of saunas, it displays and records elapsed time and heart rate inside the sauna room. By connecting to the official "Sanokuni" app, it is an innovative device that can quantify your "totonoi".
Incorporating feedback from many sauna device enthusiasts, it has received major updates and evolved even further!

<Basic Experience>
Entering the sauna wearing a sauna device
- Put on the sauna device, switch to sauna mode, and enter the sauna.
- Inside the sauna room, you can view your heart rate and body surface temperature in real-time, and always check the elapsed time at hand.
- Notifies you with a vibration when it is time to leave the sauna room, based on your preset heart rate.
*For models shipped after December 2025, the screen display in sauna mode may differ slightly from the above. There are no changes to the functions or usage.
Connect with the Sanokuni app to see your totonoi in numbers!
- Put on the sauna device and head straight to the sauna room, cold bath, and rest.
- The measured data is analyzed using 100plus's proprietary algorithm. You can see your totonoi in numbers.
You can keep a Totonoi Log
- You can record your T-Flow Score, Facility info, and times for the sauna room, cold bath, and rest all together in the Sanokuni app. You can record and look back on your sauna sessions.
- By converting various elements into data, you can compare them with past data, allowing you to explore your "totonoi"—such as bath conditions and compatibility with the Facility.

Equipped with a physical button
On the right side of the device, a physical button is equipped.
In any state of the watch, we prevent unintended decisions.All operations related to "Confirm" are done via the physical button.
Operations during sauna mode are basically performed only with the physical button, and touching the screen is only required when exiting sauna mode.
We tested and made adjustments to ensure smooth recording of sauna sessions with fewer operations.
Changes to operations during sauna mode
Simply press the physical button once to switch to the next Scene.
You can now change labels smoothly without worrying about the screen getting wet.
High-definition large display
With the IPS panel, text and numerical values can be displayed in more vibrant colors.
By adopting a high-definition panel, even small text can be clearly seen, and visibility has been significantly improved.
Contact Charging with Magnetic Cradle
The charging method has been changed, eliminating the need to attach and detach the band.
With the magnetic attachment, you will not get the orientation wrong.

Soft Silicone Band
Compared to the previous model's band, changing to a flexible silicone band has made it fit your wrist better.
This helps reduce missing heart rate data and sensor reading errors caused by gaps between the device and the wrist.

New Heart Rate Sensor
Compared to the previous model, the sensor for measuring heart rate has been updated to a higher-precision model.
This reduces measurement errors, leading to more accurate data acquisition.
New Skin Temperature Sensor
Compared to the previous model, the method for the skin temperature sensor has been significantly changed.
Sleep Tracking
By wearing the sauna device when you go to sleep at night, sleep duration and sleep quality are determined by the sauna device's algorithm.
Light sleep and deep sleep, the duration of each, and the ratio of deep sleep are displayed.

Operation Warranty & Warranty Period
Operation Warranty:
- The guaranteed operating temperature is 80°C, same as the previous model. It cannot be used in sauna environments where the seat surface temperature exceeds 80°C (equivalent to a general sauna temperature display of 95°C, but this varies depending on the thermometer location and seating position), as it may lead to malfunctions or accidents.
- Like the previous model, the waterproof performance complies with IP68, and additionally complies with 5ATM (water resistance).
Warranty Period:
- From the day the Sauna Watch is connected to the "Sanokuni" app, 6 months

Dedicated App: Sanokuni
The sauna device cannot be used on its own.
It works in conjunction with the dedicated app "Sanokuni".
By syncing heart rate data with the app, a heart rate graph and "T-Flow Score" will be displayed in your "Totonoi Log", which is your sauna record.
