App version 2.11.8 has been released!
This time, we would like to share two updates regarding ANS Performance!
1. You can now compare your ANS Performance with your own past data!
By turning on the "Compare with past" switch, you can display the average value of your accumulated ANS Performance.
Use this feature to compare with your ANS Performance of the day and explore from the following perspectives!
- Past trends in your sauna routine versus current trends
- Changes when trying a different sauna routine
- Facilities that suit you
- Your physical condition and fatigue level of the day
2. The existing ANS Performance feature is now available for the Basic Plan as well!
Along with the new feature release, "ANS Performance of the day," which was previously limited to the Premium Plan, is now available to Basic Plan users as well!
Please use the performance as an index as follows!
- As a hint to find the "just right number of Sets" that suits you
- As a reference when you want to challenge yourself with more Sets
