Notice of Caution for Charging the sauna device

To all users of the sauna device

This is a cautionary Notice regarding charging the sauna device.

When charging the sauna device, please ensure that the device itself and its terminals are completely dry.

As stated in the instruction manual, charging while wet is dangerous because it may cause short circuits or adversely affect the internal battery.

The sauna device features an IP68 waterproof design, so using it in a sauna is not an issue. However, please avoid charging immediately after sauna use, when moisture is highly likely to remain. We ask that you only charge it when the device and terminals are completely dry.

Among customer Inquiries, we have received reports of malfunctions suspected to be caused by the reasons mentioned above. Since these could lead to high-risk accidents, we would like to issue this warning as a reminder.
