1.1.1 Turning on the Power
Press and hold the physical button to turn the power ON.
1.1.2 Charging
When charging, make sure the included dedicated charging terminal and the charging plug are in firm contact.
🚨 Precautions for Charging Please make sure that the sauna device and the charger are completely dry. Charging while wet may cause malfunction or accidents.
2. Function and Mode Descriptions
In addition to Home, there are four modes: Sauna Mode, Sleep Mode, Heart Rate Measurement, and Settings. You can switch between modes by swiping left or right or pressing the physical button.
2.1 Home
Date and Time
Steps
Sleep Duration It displays the deep sleep duration and total sleep duration.
Heart Rate Notification If the notification setting is turned ON, you will be notified when your heart rate exceeds the set value.
2.2 Sauna Mode
This mode displays and measures your heart rate and skin temperature for each action: sauna, cold bath, and rest.
You can start Sauna Mode by swiping up or down and then pressing the physical button.

2.3 Sleep Mode
This mode allows you to measure your sleep duration and quality.
Total Sleep Duration
Sleep Quality Rating Sleep quality is rated based on the total sleep duration, the ratio of deep sleep, and the number of times you woke up.

💡 Measurements are automatically taken when you wear the sauna device while sleeping at night. The measurable sleep range is 20:00 to 10:00 the next day. Daytime sleep is not supported.
2.4 Heart Rate Measurement Mode
This mode allows you to measure your heart rate.
State before heart rate measurement If you wait on this screen, your heart rate will be measured in about 15 to 25 seconds.

2.5 Settings
You can check the watch's device information, adjust settings, or turn off the power. Swipe up or down to configure various settings.
2.5.1 Device Info

After swiping up or down, press the physical button to turn off the power.
2.5.3 Clear Measurement Data
After swiping up or down, press the physical button to delete measured heart rate data, etc.
2.5.4 Reset Device
After swiping up and down, press the physical button to initialize the settings and delete the measured data.
3. Setup
3.1 Connect your watch and the "Sanokuni" app

* For iOS, please turn on all permission settings for the first connection.

3.2 Register Personal Info
Register your Personal Info to increase the accuracy of your T-Flow Score.
Tap "Register Personal Info". You can also register and edit it from My Page.

3.3 Device Settings
Tap "sauna device" on Home and go to "sauna device Info" to configure Device Settings.
Heart Rate Notification Settings You can configure it to display an alert screen along with a vibration during sauna mode when your heart rate exceeds the set limit.
Screen On Time You can set the screen-on time for the watch.
Screen Brightness You can adjust the display brightness.
Tilt to Wake You can set the screen to turn on when you tilt the watch.
💡 Heart Rate Notification Settings
If you turn ON the Heart Rate Notification Settings, the watch will vibrate when your heart rate exceeds the entered value. Please use this as a guide for when to leave the sauna.
4. Entering the Sauna
Start the sauna mode (for how to start, click here) to start recording your heart rate. Please switch screens according to the sauna, cold bath, and rest. Switching is done only using physical buttons. *If you do not switch screens for each scene, the T-Flow Score cannot be calculated correctly.

Screen when starting Sauna Mode Once you switch to this screen, heart rate recording begins. It will continue to be recorded until you exit Sauna Mode.
Screen during Sauna Once you enter the sauna and are ready, switch the screen.
Between Sauna and Cold Bath Before leaving the sauna, switch the Scene.
Screen during Cold Bath Once you enter the cold bath, switch the Scene.
Between Cold Bath and Rest Switch the screen just before leaving the cold bath.
Rest Find a place to rest and switch to the rest Scene when you are settled.
When you exit Sauna Mode, the data is registered as an individual Totonoi Log. If you want to measure multiple Sets, please remain in Sauna Mode.
💡 How to Exit Sauna Mode
Swiping up or down on the screen during Sauna Mode will display the exit confirmation screen. You can exit by pressing the physical button.
🚨 Before entering the sauna
Before using your watch in the sauna, please transfer and sync the data on the watch to the "Sanokuni" app. The maximum recording time on the watch is 4 hours. Please note that once the watch memory is full, new data will not overwrite old data and cannot be recorded.
5. Create a Totonoi Log and check your T-Flow Score
5.1 Sync the device and the app
Bring your device close to the app, and tap the "Data Sync" button on the Home screen.
Once the data is synced, the screen to register your Totonoi Log will be displayed.
5.2 Enter and send data
Enter or edit the required data fields and tap the "Send" button to create your Totonoi Log and view your T-Flow Score.
*Calculation of the T-Flow Score may take some time. You will receive a notification on your smartphone once the calculation is complete.

💡 How to Edit Heart Rate Data
“Edit Heart Rate Data” to display each Scene (sauna, cold bath, and rest) color-coded on the heart rate graph.
What You Can Do
Adding a Scene You can add a Scene by long-pressing an area where no Scene is displayed.
Changing a Scene / Moving or Deleting a Scene Long-press each Scene to change or delete it. You can also drag up or down while long-pressing to move the location of the Scene.
Changing Start/End Times After selecting each Scene, you can change the start and end times by dragging the "⚪︎" marker up or down.
Excluding Heart Rate Data You can exclude parts containing unnecessary heart rate data from the recorded data.
The T-Flow Score is analyzed and displayed based on the balance between the Immersion Score and Safety Score. Analyze the results alongside your actual physical sensation and aim for a high T-Flow Score!
T-Flow Score and Rating It is displayed in 5 levels: MARVELOUS, SUPER, GOOD, BETTER, and WHOOPS.
Immersion Score This score increases by immersing yourself in the sauna, such as the ups and downs of your heart rate while in the sauna.
Safety Score This score evaluates whether you are bathing safely, looking at how your heart rate rises and ensuring it does not go too high.
