Precautions for using the sauna device
Nov 26, 2024
This is a guide regarding the use of your sauna device.
Notice Regarding Charging

When charging your sauna device, please ensure that the main unit and the terminals are completely dry.
As stated in the instruction manual, charging the device while wet is dangerous as it may cause a short circuit or adversely affect the internal battery.
The sauna device is designed to be waterproof with an IP68 rating, so using it in the sauna is not a problem. However, please avoid charging it immediately after a sauna session when moisture is highly likely to remain, and only charge it when the main unit and terminals are completely dry.
Among the Inquiries we have received from customers, there have been reports of malfunctions presumed to be caused by the reasons mentioned above. Since these could lead to high-risk accidents, we would like to issue this warning as a reminder.
Other Precautions for Use
If you notice symptoms such as a swollen battery, the sauna device becoming hot, or an unusual odor, please stop using it immediately.
