How to Edit Scene Labels

When you tap "Edit Scene Labels", each Scene (Sauna Room, Cold Bath, and Rest) will be displayed in different colors on the heart rate graph.

Edit Scene Labels

If the Scene did not change properly during your sauna session, you can adjust it using this edit screen.

If it does not match your actual activity, please edit the labels corresponding to each Scene.

After making adjustments, please return to the Totonoi Log edit screen.

💡 If there are not two or more labels among sauna, cold bath, or rest on the graph, the "T-Flow Score" cannot be calculated and will display as "- -".

💡 Sauna data can be edited within 24 hours of creating the Totonoi Log. The data will be locked after 24 hours.

💡 You can edit sauna data up to 3 times.

Tips for Estimating Each Scene

Sauna Room

心拍数が上がり始めたところから最高点まで — From where the heart rate starts to rise to its peak

Cold Bath

心拍数が急激に下がり始めたところから安定する前まで — From where the heart rate starts dropping rapidly until just before it stabilizes

Rest

心拍数が安定しているところ — Where the heart rate is stable

Excluding Heart Rate Data

If unnecessary data is included,it is also possible to delete the heart rate data itself.

Once you finish editing with the 'Exclude Data' label applied,the data for the labeled section will be deleted.

If recording started before you entered the sauna, or if you forgot to end sauna mode, you can trim the heart rate data record itself to keep your Totonoi Log looking clean!

02. サウナデータ編集のから該当の領域を長押し — 02. Press and hold the corresponding area in sauna data editing

03. ラベルを「心拍データ除外」を選択 — 03. Select 'Exclude Heart Rate Data' as the label

05. ラベルを決定し、データ編集を閉じる — 05. Confirm the label and close data editing

06. サ録編集で除外を確認し「データ送信」 — 06. Confirm the exclusion in Totonoi Log editing and tap 'Send Data'

07. サ録が再作成され、グラフも再描画されます。 — 07. The Totonoi Log is recreated, and the graph is redrawn.
