At Sanokuni, we recommend medically evidence-based sauna bathing methods supervised by the President of the Japan Sauna Society, who is an active physician.

2. Basic sauna bathing methods
Many sauna facilities havea sauna room, cold bath, and an outdoor air bathing (resting) area.

Our recommended sauna bathing method isnot just warming up in the sauna room, but a single Set that includes the cold bath and resting.
Repeat this cycle for 3 Sets.
By taking a sauna correctly, you can deeply relax both physically and mentally, reaching a state of what is called "totonoi", whereyour body feels light and your mind becomes clear.

3. Where and how much did you totonoi?
Even at the same sauna, depending on your dailyphysical condition, bathingmethod, and bathingduration, your saunaexperience will change.
By recording what kind of experience you had, you can remember which conditions were great and which were not so good.

First, register the sauna facility you visited and enter the date and time.
Rate how much you experienced "totonoi" with ★.
4. Record your Sets and create your own recipe!
For each Set, enter the sauna, cold bath, and rest times.
In the memo, you can record heart rate, sauna types, and other details.
