What is the "T-Flow Score" displayed in Sanokuni?
T-Flow Score
When you send your heart rate data measured by your sauna device to the app, your T-Flow Score will be displayed. The T-Flow Score is calculated from your "Immersion Score" and "Safety Score".
Immersion Score
This score is related to the deep state of relaxation after putting a physical load on your body, based on factors such as the range of variation and patterns of your heart rate while in the sauna.
Safety Score
This score evaluates whether you are using the sauna unsafely by looking at how your heart rate rises and its maximum value. While putting a physical load on the body tends to increase the Immersion Score, excessive load decreases the Safety Score, resulting in a lower overall "T-Flow Score".
Does the score differ from your actual sensations?
In Sanokuni, "enjoying safely" is a key indicator for exploring totonoi.
If you experience totonoi through a style of use that places an excessive load on your body, your Safety Score will be low, and the overall "T-Flow Score" will also be low.
You can think of it as an "evaluation value of whether your sauna session was good for your body."
Furthermore, it is becoming clear that there are two major types of "how you totonoi": an "Awakening Type" (feeling crisp and refreshed) and a "Floating Type" (similar to feeling lightheaded and dizzy).
By knowing which tendency is stronger in your own "totonoi" sensation, those with a "Floating Type" can try aiming for a totonoi experience of the "Awakening Type" to discover a completely different sensation of "totonoi".
The ideal totonoi envisioned by Sanokuni is the "Awakening Type" of totonoi.

Scientific Perspectives on Analysis
Three Analytical Indicators for Observing "Totonoi"
There are three indicators in total measured by the "sauna device" and analyzed by the app.
- "Heart Rate" based on pulse
- "ANS Balance" which estimates whether your autonomic nervous system is leaning toward the sympathetic or parasympathetic nervous system based on heart rate variability
- And "ANS Power" which represents how much the autonomic nervous system itself is activated.
By comparing the changes in these three indicators over the course of "Sauna Room → Cold Bath → Rest" with the physical characteristics of the "totonoi" state, you can understand the condition of each individual's body.
